If there's one thing we love here on The Kitchn, it's a good dinner party. This is our chance to cut loose, splurge on some special ingredients, and cook with a little more butter than may be strictly necessary. This year, we shared lots of new favorite dinner party dishes, from this luxurious braised beef over creamy polenta to handmade cheese tortellini in a silky broth. Not ones to skimp on the start or the end of the meal, we also had recipes like bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers, deep-dish chocolate cookies, and key lime pie. Sound good?! All you need is a few friends around the table and you've got an excuse to make any of these dinner party dishes:
