Red-and-Pink-Stripe...

Has anyone made any of these?
I LOVE good fudge, especially good, plain, dark chocolate smooth fudge and have only ever had a few pieces of homemade fudge (from a kitchen genius who refuses to give up her recipe) that do the trick. I really want a great recipe so i can indulge myself now that my college former roommate's mom isn't sending boxes to the place I live anymore...
i really like the look of the cookie cutter fudge, but the recipe calls for peanut butter chips. can i use peanut butter from the jar (although our peanut butter is not as sweet as the reeses style filling)... or can anyone suggest an english alternative? alternatively, can i just sub more chocolate for the peanut butter?
Can't wait to check these all out! Thanks for including my Gingerbread Fudge. :-)
Here's my recipe for Cardamom-Infused Fudge, delicious!
