If I could only eat one fruit for the rest of my life it would have to be the lime. They're savory, they're tart, and they're sweet — and often quite inexpensive! I love using them in main courses, desserts, or in my water (just a squeeze!). Here are 15 recipes that make the most of this versatile citrus fruit.

Floral Drink Dispen...

I love lime!!
I recently had a lot of greens to cook my way through, and I've come up with one of my favorite preparations ever...greens with lime, honey and fresh basil from my garden. I used broccoli rabe and chard, but you could use any combination of greens.
And one of my fav dishes ever was chickpeas, kale and sweet potatoes with lime, smoked paprika, and cumin.
For something sweet, how about cherry coconut cookies with lime glaze? Light bright and elegant.
