sub store-bought pesto for homemade and this is even quicker to throw together!
i used to make a very similar tilapia all the time in college, but didn't bother with putting the sauce through the blender: put a small sliver of butter, lots of grated ginger, mirin, soy sauce, cilantro, and slivers of lemongrass on tilapia and broil until done. yum! this has inspired me to bring it back into the rounds....
