Monterey Pitcher fr...

I just LOVE the double green!! Such a pretty calm color. I would cook in that kitchen everyday!! Goodjob Kelly =)
My kitchen is smaller than all of these. hmmm.
Lindsay in Nashville did a great job!
I just want to know if Richard actually cooks/eats in his kitchen. There is NOTHING in his cabinets.
@MargaretR, your kitchen is smaller than 40 square feet?! You should enter next year's contest :)
Like those kitchens very much but would like to see the "before" and "after" to see the difference. Thanks.
Do these people ever cook in their kitchens ? I wonder .. These are so white ! :) Unfortunately, for us Indians , a white kitchen will never work...
The rental kitchen re-do's are terrific.
@Rita Roy: I never realized that's why I can't imagine cooking in a white kitchen. Haha!
oops: Riti Roy...
Every year, these "small" room competitions seem to show bigger and bigger rooms. My kitchen has 1 tiny dish rack-sized counter, 5 small cabinets...and that is it. Small would be so much easier if small meant big and with $$$.
Three and six have such sweet personalities. Three is cooler and more muted, but six feels like love and warm to me. So....six!
I love 4 and 8. I could sit and chat and eat in there all day.
Rity Roy, sure that I cook every day in my white kitchen (the Caterina's Touch of Mediterranean Turin Kitchen)! I had two friends from India and we cooked happily togheter!
Sophia Papaya's: thanks a lot!
Apparently I have a small kitchen! :)
I'm with Sophia Papaya. #6 is aces.
These are great kitchens!
I came to this post through re-nest, and it is annoying when you click "read full post" and it still takes you to the re-nest post which makes you click again to get to the apparetment therapy full post.
Sorry for being a whiner, I'm just sayin' what I've been thinking for a while.
@laurawin: Thanks for your note! Indeed, we cook about six nights each week. The cabinets may look empty because we donated lots of things to charity before the renovation, and ended up with more cabinet volume than in our old kitchen.
@Riti Roy: It's funny that you say this. Before selecting our countertops, we took Silestone samples and left turmeric+vinegar and turmeric+oil (and coffee and red wine) on each for 24 hours ... and we ended up choosing a gray color. We used the same material for back- and side-splashes for easy clean-up.
@trailerchicgirl: Thanks!
