The Original Recipe + Tips

  • Tips: Adding mix-ins to your pancake batter makes an already delicate pancake harder to flip. Go light on the mix-ins, especially until you get the hang of it, and err on the side of caution using longer cook times at lower heat, especially while cooking the first side of the pancake.

There you go! I think the Nutella is my favorite. What about you? How do you like to upgrade your banana pancakes?
