If we told you how much we love meat in tube form and explained what lengths we've gone through in the past to secure the most delicious ones, well, you'd probably judge us. No matter if you're a fanatic like us or just like an occasional wiener (insert snickering here) these hot dog art prints are flat out fabulous.
For those of you who might have taken a gander over at Serious Eats, you might have noticed their Hot Dog Of The Week. Each week a new dog across the country is eaten, visited, photographed and best of all... had an art print made describing the assorted dog toppings.
Now the idea of hanging 2' hot dog prints on your wall isn't for everyone, we get that, but we also know Hawk Kralls hand painted pieces are simply the best. They actually make us want to try the hot dog at hand more so than the actual pictures sometimes! You can pick up original painted pieces for $250 or a more pocketbook friendly print for $27 (or 4/$100).
Hung individually or together in a group, we love the idea, the art form and most importantly, the subject matter. Make sure to hit up Kralls shop, as well as his newly released prints to see which ones are still available.

Straw Mat from The ...

I never would have thought to put pineapple on a hot dog! Or coleslaw! Or split it before grilling! Or use a steamed bun (that sounds... soggy...)!
I love hot dogs, I would definitely hang these on my wall.
caseoftornados - You need a hotdog roadtrip my friend!
Ewww... so gross looking. Definitely not something I'd want in my kitchen.
I'm glad to know I'm not the only one grossed out by these.
