Here's a coleslaw with napa cabbage, tart cherries and bleu cheese.
And here's one with cashews, capers and golden raisins. Really fresh and delicious. My sons loved this one!
I recently made a coleslaw with cabbage, apples and cheddar.
And I made a nice slaw-type relish with radishes, carrots, mustardseeds and ginger. Really sharp and sweet and hot and yummy.
I make a slaw with julienned raw beets, carrots and apples. Toss in a sherry vinegarette and let sit for at least an hour before serving. Easy and delish!
