Straw Mat from The ...

That's a boatload of pesto on that burger. If it was good, fresh pesto, you'd need about 1/5th of that.
Oui, that is is a tad much of the pesto
on the portobello 'shroon-burger...
but I love fresh pesto.
I have grilled portobellos a million times, but I
love the addition of the Provolone and pesto to
add additional layers of flavor.

Your image is quite colorful and engaging, and placing
of the meal on the slate slab grabs the eye immediately.
I used slate in the past as a plate and it is very effective.
Well done.
Much good luck on this...
sounds like a great quick meal! and i LOVE the pictures...the colors are beautiful!!
Maybe a little much pesto for eating with your mouth, but it's just right for eating with your eyes. Gorgeous photographs! The colors on the beer label are just perfect (if a little saturated) with the green pesto. Good luck with the competition!

Anyone have a source for that adorable white dish? I swear I've seen it before, but I can't remember where.
Hmmmmm, I make fresh pesto with loads of garlic and that is the perfect amount for me!!! YUM!
Pfft, there's no such thing as too much pesto.
