Q: What the difference between heavy cream and whipping cream? Can't I just beat heavy cream into whipped cream?

Editor: Brian, technically there is slightly more fat in heavy cream than in whipping cream (38% vs. 35%). But both are equally good for making whipped cream. Here are more details on the differences between heavy cream, light cream, half and half, whipping cream, and more.
