Q: I wake up for my job at 4am and give myself 15 minutes to get ready. I rarely eat anything as I have to scramble out of the house and hop on my bike pretty much right away.
I need some options that I can grab and snack on while I run around the house in the morning. I tried Joy the Baker's breakfast cookies and those worked out great with the exception that my boyfriend accidentally ate the majority of them.
So! Simple snacks that won't give me a cramp on my early morning bike ride to work!
