Q: I recently brined a skein of salmon roe and now I have a TON of salty, yummy caviar that will only be delicious for the next 7 or so days. Aside from putting it on crackers, bagels, or cucumbers, what else does it go well with? I would hate for it go bad before I can finish it, but I can only eat so many crackers!
