What Can I Do With Champagne Mustard?

Good Questions

Q: I recently purchased a jar of Whole Grain Champagne Mustard. I would like to incorporate this into my cooking — but not by taking the obvious condiment route.

Is there anything interesting I can do with the mustard? Specifically, I would like to use it in a pasta salad or maybe a soup if this is possible. It has a really great flavor.

Editor: Laura, you could put it in a salad dressing to toss with pasta for a pasta salad:

Two-Minute, Creamy Salad Dressing

You could also make a hot pasta sauce with it:

Rigatoni with Shredded Pork in Mustard Cream Sauce

Readers, any recipe suggestions for Laura's champagne mustard?
