Q: What are some good, filling, low-carb, vegetarian meal suggestions? I'm switching from a semi-vegetarian diet to a more meat-based, very low carb diet for medical reasons, but I would like to keep 3 to 4 meals a week vegetarian if possible.
Low-carb, veggie lunch suggestions would be very much appreciated.
