I just made those spanish style collards last night! I used andouille instead of chorizo and it was just amazing! I highly recommend! I never cook with collards because I'm never sure what to do with them, but this recipe is a flavorful and healthy way to get your greens!

My mom would love those hand towels. She always used to get after my sisters and I for using the 'wrong' towel. Used to crack me up then and still does.
