I just made those spanish style collards last night! I used andouille instead of chorizo and it was just amazing! I highly recommend! I never cook with collards because I'm never sure what to do with them, but this recipe is a flavorful and healthy way to get your greens!

@charybdis112 - I'm really glad you liked them! I've been getting so many in my CSA box that I had to come up with a new way to prepare them. Of course my mind went straight to pork...

My mom would love those hand towels. She always used to get after my sisters and I for using the 'wrong' towel. Used to crack me up then and still does.
