Can you also put "cup cake" recipes into a whoopie pan w/ no changes to the recipe?

I haven't tried to use the pan for cake batter, but my guess is that it would work. I've baked a variety of muffin recipes in a muffin top pan, which is basically just a larger size version of the whoopie pie pan, and they work out great.
Gotta say, we love the idea of chocolate infused vodka! Especially Godiva :)
