Hard cider is delicious! My favorite is Wyder's Pear.

Quebec produces a lot of apple-based alcoholic beverages, from the fizzy hard ciders to still dry apple wines to sweet creamy liqueurs (akin to Bailey's).

I love hard cider, vermont woodchuck is my favorite.

For those of you who can find it, Scrumpy's organic hard cider is the best I've ever had. Not too sweet.

Cider Jack has a beautiful label, and is very very tasty. it is totally my drink of choice when i choose to drink - and if it becomes celebrated and more popular, i hope my local bars carry more varieties!

till then... maybe i'll just let that fresh cider in my fridge do its thing...

Cider is very big here in the UK, though most of the ones I've tried haven't really been my cup of tea. I might have a hunt for one of the artisanal brands the article mentions, though.
