I'm sorry, but 22grams of fat for the lentil salad-that defeats any health benefit of the salad!
Looks like the fat content is coming from heart healthy olive oil. Healthy fats like those from olive oil, avocados, fish and nuts are not dietary enemies. The fats will help you feel satisfied (so you'll eat less), and allow your body to absorb vitamins and minerals from other foods. Combined with the fiber and protein you are getting from the lentils, this is a pretty healthy meal. Excess calories and refined carbohydrates are much worse for you than the fat you'll get from olive oil.
So glad you liked the prawn and nasturtium salad. It really captured the spirit of the one sunny day we had here in England.
