That Blue Moon tart is striking!
Is it really that blue, or did the blogger apply some post editing software!? Well the potato beetles destroyed our plant's foliage this year, so I guess I'll just harvest them all out and make a new skin blue tart!

The trick to getting them crispy is to let them cool. They stay soft while they're hot from the oven.
Pizza Stuffed Pretzels... have I died... have I gone to heaven?
@herms The blue in my blue moon tart is all natural. (Crazy, right?) I used purple creamer potatoes. When boiled they turn a vibrant blue, then when baked again the color deepens to the color you see in the picture.
