GASP! It horrifies me to thing anyone would use that Shun Ken Onion knife on that glass board.
You should NEVER use a knife on a glass cutting surface. It will destroy the cutting edge. Plastic, wood, and composite boards are fine because they allow the knife to slightly cut into the surface, but hard surfaces like glass and stone will dull the edge severely.
