Mother of God...Salsa di Parmigiano

I make that Salsa di Parmigiano all the time, after having it at Chiarello's restaurant Bottega in Yountville (Napa Valley), and I've even thought of brushing my teeth with it - warning: it's Very addictive!

Omg....hello kitty pocket pies...too cute. Similarly, I just made some bulgogi empanadas recently, delicious!

Right now, I could eat an entire bowl of straight-up cheese. Someone get me some fast!
